As long as I have a VW I will be forever a customer and I have never even spent a dime in this place. Ben is so super nice and professional; while he is very knowledgeable and passionate, he took his time to explain the issue with my car and could have EASILY taken me for hundreds of dollars, he instead educated me on my warranty and asked me to take my car back to the dealership where they should cover it and they did.Its important to mention not even the dealership did that! Kim was also just as pleasant and just simply amazing from enter to exit! Never once did these folks make me feel like I couldn’t understand what was happening with my car and just treated me like a customer; not a woman with no clue. I will vouch for the honesty and friendliness of this place and with everything going on with COVID, it’s nice to feel like you can trust a company to do the right thing in these uncertain times.
