I highly recommend this storage facility. Not only is Chico U-Lock-It one of the only storage facilities in the area who actually bothers answering their phone, they quickly helped me out when I needed a storage unit last minute. Lisette got me set up without any hassles and I was loading my stuff into my new storage unit an hour after I called them. Thank you Lisette for being so efficient, professional, and accommodating! I will be sure to use your facility again in the future when needed.
