If you own a VW or Audi, and need out-of-warranty service done, this is the only business to consider IMO. I had an oil cooler seal that was leaking coolant on my mk7 GTI. This is a relatively significant repair that I wasn’t comfortable with doing on my own. They did the job for basically half of what the dealership quoted me for and the nice lady that takes calls and runs the front office is exceptionally polite, professional and helpful. That girl knows her stuff and passed some good knowledge to me while I was there. She even let me know that carbon buildup wasn’t a problem for me yet because she actually saw my intake manifold while it was open. In addition to the repair, it was clear that they cleaned up the coolant that had been leaking in the engine bay. I can’t tell there was ever an issue. The level of service that you get here is a rarity these days. Seriously, there’s not a better choice!
