I screwed up a tire change royally and was panicked that I had done some serious damage…I looked up the closest tow truck and Mobile Auto Clinic popped up and I gave them a call. The owner was polite, patient and professional and rushed right to where I was. He was there in less than 15 minutes and got right to work. He was just as friendly in person, reassuring me my car would be ok and that he would have me back on the road in no time. Sure enough, he fixed the problem with ease and was extremely accommodating given my screw-up. He had all the right tools and even explained how to do it the right way if it happens again.
As the daughter of a mechanic I am so careful about sketchy and over-zealous mechanics who are pushy and impatient…I felt completely taken care of and SO relieved to have a trust worthy person there to assist me with such a stressful situation. I feel confident that living in this area I don’t even need to invest in AAA knowing that Mobile Auto Clinic is just a call away.
I will use this guy for anything and everything now!
