Last year, I took my 2010 XC60 in for an oil change and an intermittent noise in the rear end. Robbie said they diagnosed a rear end bearing internally. They were able to locate a suitable replacement and did so for considerably less than I expected. I always take my Volvos to Dalzell Brothers for work. They are top shelf people.
